Smile Makeover in Kitchener
One plan that brings together the treatments your smile needs, in the right order. Built with Dr. Everardo and Dr. Tina Ramirez.
One Plan, Several Steps
A smile makeover is a treatment plan that combines more than one procedure to change how your smile looks and works. It might include straightening, whitening, bonding, veneers, crowns or implants. Most plans use only a few of these.
The value is in the order. Some steps need to come before others. Teeth may need to move before veneers go on. Whitening should happen before we colour-match new work. Gum health comes before any cosmetic step.
We look at your face, lips, gums, teeth and bite together, then map out what to do first.
The Building Blocks
Invisalign: clear aligners that move teeth into better positions. Often the first step if teeth are crowded, gapped or turned.
Whitening: lightens natural enamel. Usually done before any new tooth-coloured work so new work can match your new shade.
Composite bonding: tooth-coloured resin to repair chips, lengthen worn edges and close small gaps, usually without removing enamel.
Dental veneers: thin custom shells of porcelain or composite that cover the front of teeth to change colour, shape or size.
Dental crowns: cover a whole tooth that is broken, heavily filled or weak. Many crowns are designed and milled in our office with CEREC and placed in one visit.
Implants: replace missing teeth, from a single tooth to a full arch.
How We Plan Your Smile
Planning starts with listening. What do you notice when you look in the mirror? What do you want to keep?
We take photos and digital impressions with the CEREC Primescan scanner, which means no trays of impression material. Where needed, we take X-rays or a CBCT scan. We check your gums and bite, because cosmetic work has to function well to last.
Then we lay out the plan step by step, including timing and a treatment estimate for each stage. You can do everything at once or in phases.
Looking at Real Cases
Our smile gallery shows before and after photos of patients treated at our office, including front veneers, full sets of crowns and combined cases.
Each case had its own starting point and goals. Your plan will be based on your teeth, your gums and what you want. Looking at the gallery is a good way to point out what you like before your visit.
Aesthetics With Function
Our aesthetic dentistry approach is simple. Function comes first, and how your smile looks is a major consideration in every step. That applies to a single filling and to a full makeover.
Dr. Everardo Ramirez has over 30 years of experience and works alongside his daughter, Dr. Tina Ramirez. Both are general dentists. Patients visit our Wilson Avenue office from Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Breslau.

Smile Makeover Questions
How long does a smile makeover take?
It depends on what is included. Bonding may take a visit or two. Plans with Invisalign or implants take longer. We give you a timeline at your consultation.
Do I need every treatment at once?
No. Many people phase their treatment. We help you decide which steps matter most and which can wait.
Can I see what my smile might look like first?
We use photos and digital scans to plan and talk through changes with you before treatment. Ask us what preview options suit your plan.
Is a smile makeover covered by insurance?
Cosmetic work is often not covered, while some restorative steps may be. We can help you understand your coverage and provide a treatment estimate.
Will my results look natural?
We plan shape, colour and proportion around your face and existing teeth. We review choices with you at each step so the plan fits what you want.
